What are we trying to achieve
Easy Wedding is a tech wedding agency that helps international and interfaith couples start their journey together.
We are a one-stop platform where clients can find all the support they need to tie the knot. Our job is to provide easy answers and solutions to complicated situations so that our clients can focus on enjoying their wedding journey.
Since 2019, we have become the biggest wedding agency in the GCC and CIS markets. We have helped over 50,000 people and organized the weddings of over 3,000 couples. Our growth is driven by our will to solve the most complex problems, and our commitment to constant improvement.
We have a strong team of 20+ people from 8+ countries, and we create a work environment where people are encouraged to take initiative, learn, and grow.
Our objective is to set up a team that will learn from our past experience to take the steps that will allow us to replicate our success in new markets. A few achievements we keep close to our heart: our metaverse weddings got featured on CNN, TVs regularly call (you can find us on Euronews and more), we helped more than 50,000 people and married over 3,000 couples, our team is as diverse as our clients are.
So far, we have rarely hired interns (we tend to think it’s a big investment from our side). However, we never say never and you could be the one who convinces us otherwise.
So before moving forward, let’s validate a few points (only you would know):
1- You are here with a mission (starting your career) and you will do the needful to do it (long hours, low-paid job, hard or boring tasks)
2- If you pass our initial first weeks/months, we’ll be happy to invest in your training (we don’t need anyone to serve us coffee, we need hard-working people ready to share our journey
3- You’re looking for a potential job after (we don’t need people to remain interns forever)
Based on your previous answers, you have 2 options:
1- Keep searching for a more suitable position: If you’re not ready to work hard and underpaid (to start), it’s okay. We wish you the best to start your journey.
2- Convince us to get you on board: If you’re ready to do so, now it’s your turn to convince us to invest in you and get you at the same level as anyone in our team.
To do so, I recommend preparing a presentation of where your skills will be the best used for us and what you need from us.
